Underbody Protection

As we are situated right on the Cornish coast, the salt air can cause unwanted corrosion issues to suspension arms, axles, subframes and brake lines if left untreated. We specialise in various forms of underbody protection and rust treatment procedures, so that your vehicle, be it a car, van or campervan / motorhome, looks as good underneath as it does on top.

Unless your vehicle is stored in a garage, it will be exposed to the elements all its life. This leads to unwanted MOT advisories that seriously devalue your vehicle, before eventually reducing the structural integrity of axles and subframes, often resulting in a vehicle being scrapped due to the financial viability of changing the component.

The customers VW had a clean off, a base coat in black Dinitrol before a clear coat of Wax Oyl on top, as documented below:

We offer a range of underbody protection packages using established brands such as Wax Oyl, Dinitrol and Lanoguard, all of which we stock on site here in St.Just, Penzance, Cornwall. Works range from a clear coat of Wax Oyl / Lanoguard over a brand new vehicles suspension, to stripping back already corroded components and applying a heavier coating of Dinitrol to prevent any further damage.

Wax oiling and rust prevention saves hundreds in the long run on potential corroded brake pipes and rotten subframes.
